Vbscript copy file with admin rights

What do I need to add to the script in order to have it run without admin rights? Or is there something that can be added that will run the script as an administrator?
If so, are you using "Run as administrator" to launch the shell? If all the computers are on domain, you need to run it with an account which is member of 'Domain Administrators'.
