Mar 19 , PM I think I'll try looking at the Allowed Billing Role next time the servers are down. What I've been doing now is checking how many are online, if there are less than online, I say it's closed. It's not the best way to do it, obviously they were doing quite a bit of testing before they opened them up yesterday.

Will keep you posted. I found out that when the servers are down, there is no message reported by the status site. All the gadget does is see if there is text there, if there is, then it's open, else it's down.

I will try and fiddle around with it to make it check what the last assigned queue number is and then report the correct info. Nov 30 , PM Nice detective work!
