How much are you transferring? Hello, does this Alterpod only work for mac users? I have a 7g ipod classic and my OS is Windows. Is there a protocol for windows? Then one popped into existence randomly at the end of the same menu only to tell me that the games were not available in the UK store. This KB Article might suggest they should still be on sale somewhere, but then again it has a notice to say it is no longer being updated. You were encouraged to back them up. If you have changed computers without migrating your library, and not transfered your purchases into a new one before updating the device, then these may well be gone.

If they are still on the device try using the transfer purchases option. It may be that having updated your iPod from a new library they is an authentication issue, which can only be resolved by reinstalling the games from a computer.
