Et wolfenstein update

Game was fine until now. Installed this patch, and now when I die, the pgm gives black screen. Got to end of location, and when I attempted to progress to next area, got black screen again. So, I am now stuck at the end of the level. None of my saves are from before Lost at Sea. GG well done on a great patch. Edit: Its the last Machine Games game I buy at launch.

Pre patch I got the game to run with the beta patch, rolling back drivers and setting launch options in Windows regarding scaling. Now, game fades to black and crashes instead of showing the cutscene at the end of the level..

Is there a way to go back to pgm version prior to this patch without having to start game from scratch? Note: all my save games are with new patch applied.
