I don't know who this person is, but in my opinion, you absolutely should be looking for a good lawyer. Chicago authorities have been notified and I have filed here too. The bank he did this through has also been notified and he is being served by the sheriff in the coming weeks. Apparently the sheriffs can seize assist. Hes a crook and should be in jail for the rest of his life. Apparently chicago has the 3 strike rule and he already has 2 strikes so I'm going to push for this to go to criminal trial so he will be put away for the rest of his life.
